Sensors and Data

Our sensors provide accurate environmental data to support our proprietary data system, proactively maintaining your portfolio and ensuring compliance with Awaab's Law. Installation is straightforward. Once you install the fully connected Tier 2 Live Shield you can add further sensors to the ecosystem.

By placing the sensors in the property early, you create baseline data and help our AI develop deep knowledge of your assets. This makes diagnosing any lifestyle or building fabric issues much easier through a data-driven process.

The raw readings and enriched intelligence reside in one place. They are never deleted and are always available for comparative reports. If connectivity drops our sensors will still capture the information and relay it when the connection is available. The Shield continues to build a defensible record of the asset's behavior over time.

Digital Twin

AWLC blends internal sensor data with external environmental datasets so our AI develops Deep Asset Knowledge - not a snapshot, but how your property actually behaves.

Turn readings into graded alerts, ESG-ready reporting, and evidence-led decisions that strengthen your ROI and protect agents, landlords, tenants and assets.
